Counselling for marriage, romantic partners to help you achieve your goals of getting closer. This session is also for those exploring the possible termination of a relationship. We provide both in person and virtual counselling options for couples –please make sure to select the session that you want when booking. If you are meeting for a virtual couples session and attending from separate locations, please let your therapist know in advance, as we will use a different video platform.

Reaching out for therapy can take courage, especially when you’ve been carrying invisible weight for a long time — anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, or the exhaustion of trying to hold everything together. My goal is to create a calm, grounding space where you don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. Together, we’ll move at your pace to understand what’s been heavy to carry and begin to reconnect with a sense of safety and self-trust.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I integrate CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative therapy to explore emotions, patterns, and strengths with compassion and curiosity. Whether we work through conversation, body awareness, or creative expression, I adapt therapy to fit who you are — not the other way around. I work with adults, families, and youth (14+) navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions, as well as those experiencing fertility or perinatal challenges, family stress, or emotional dysregulation related to BPD or relational anxiety.

If you are reading this, perhaps you notice yourself feeling discouraged, overwhelmed, or shut down. You do not have to navigate this challenging and often lonely experience, alone.

I am practiced in attuning to my client’s emotional world to foster a safe, genuine and meaningful relationship upon which the therapeutic work can rest. Emotions are observed with curiosity, experienced safely and understood authentically. Leading with emotion allows individuals to challenge beliefs, patterns and coping strategies they no longer find helpful and move to toward a deeper sense of connection and purpose.

I help people reconnect with their sense of self and their feelings, particularly the parts that they have been avoiding and not knowing how to approach.
